Opening in 2024, Birch Hill Recovery Center will offer 85 beds of inpatient Medical Triage, Detoxification and Residential services in a newly renovated facility located on 11.5 acres in Kent, CT. Birch Hill’s innovative medical and clinical platform will include the regions only ASAM Level 4.0 Medically Managed Detoxification and Triage unit allowing Birch Hill the ability to assist more acute patients without the need for outside hospitalization and medical clearance. Birch Hill is committed to providing only evidence-based and scientifically validated care including Medication-Assisted Treatment and elements of cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction and other techniques to guide our patients on a path of long-term and meaningful recovery.
Birch Hill’s facility will include modern updates to patient rooms, common areas, group rooms, a gym, holistic treatment areas, dining area and a sprawling campus overlooking the beautiful mountains of Kent, CT. Clients will enjoy game rooms and other spaces designed to provide comfort and recreation between groups and other clinical sessions.
